Good morning, I've just finished editing a time-lapse video for a digital practice from last night. This will probably be my third attempt at digital so go easy on me (Also my first time at picking my own colour palette, probably ever including traditional!) and i know the skin colours are a little warm so bear with me. I've learned so much from these pieces already, digital is a totally different beast, and i cant wait to master it. Already, even with my limited experience it seems so much quicker than traditional! I'll definitely be using it in future for thumbnails and the like to get a good feel of colour and composition before i start my larger traditional pieces. I actually really like the feel of using a tablet to draw instead of pencil on paper, but maybe that's because I've been making a lot of mess with powdered graphite lately... Anyway, the process video is below, let me know what you think! I'm new to making videos so i'll be sticking with the easier things like time lapses for now but plan on making tutorials and more in depth content in the near future.
(I accidentally saved the video as a jpeg when I took a break to sleep so it's not completely finished... Working on a new painting today though, hopefully I wont make the same mistake again.)
